Making it perfect: Use 1 pyramid per mug. Always use fresh water, bring it to boil and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy 2-3 cups a day.

Although some health practitioners advise not to use it in first trimester, this applies to pure raspberry leaf teas which can be used at later stages of pregnancy when labour inducing effects are welcomed.
