I have started drinking at 34 weeks pregnant. I have heard that raspberry leaf tea wasn’t very nice but this is delicious. It also has a high % of raspberry leaf compared to other makes. Definitely recommend trying!

I was sceptical first time round but it really helped my milk supply, it would always fluctuate for me as my baby feeds every 3-4hrs.
I would drink it twice in the day and leave the tea bag in for a lot longer, have it like warm almost and I was so full when my baby came to feed, I am now able to feed her until content on both sides. I also wanted my milk to produce a bit more in between feeds to freeze some and it seems to have really worked, Im on my 2nd order of another 3packs 😊 definitely recommend x

I started drinking raspberry leaf at 36 weeks to help with shortening my labour. I’m not a big fan of herbal teas, but was surprised by how nice it was. Can’t say if it will help with labour yet, but here’s hoping.

I’m not normally a fan of chamomile tea however this tea is exceptional. I have a mug of this every evening and it helps me to relax and sleep soundly.
